Question: What are the main factors to be considered when selecting ground materials for customers:

Zhang Dejian: Considering the factors of the ground material, mainly focus on the feeling of contact, which is divided into three kinds of texture: a hard ground material, such as floor tile and marble. Soft floor materials, such as carpets and rubber floors. Three wood flooring. The designer can choose the material according to the customer's taste and preference.

Question: Before and after the epidemic, will the requirements of residential users for floor materials change?

Zhang Dejian: Customers' sanitary requirements for floor materials have increased, which has more emphasis on the difficulty of cleaning and maintenance of materials.

Q: Do you have a preferred type of ground wood? Why is that?

Zhang Dejian: I prefer wood flooring, because the wood texture can bring out a comfortable and warm feeling.

Question: The ground material products are new, which are not yet popular in residential design new products, you think it is worth recommending

Zhang Dejian: Stone-plastic panels and outdoor dust-free carpets.

Q: For customers with busy lives, how to choose durable, easy to care for and maintain materials?

Question: For customers with busy lives, how to choose durable and easy to care for and easy to maintain floor materials?

Wu Xiao 夆 : In the past, wood grain bricks were used to replace wood floors, but wood grain bricks are still difficult to give people a warm feeling. At this stage, the better choice is seamless plate and stone plastic plate. Seamless board is actually one of the wood flooring, its surface for the wood texture of printed paper, but the base material is also wood, not only can achieve the feeling of wood flooring, but also there will be "warm" some, the design changes are more. However, the wear resistance of the seamless plate is much better than that of the wooden floor, even if it is scraped 10,000 to 100,000 times, the problem is not big. In addition, seamless board and stone plastic board are water resistant. If you have a pet but don't want to use wood grain brick, I recommend using seamless board.

Question: There is no need to pay attention to the use of seamless board

Wu Xiao 夆 : It is recommended to choose a better quality seamless plate as far as possible, some material density is not high enough or, or the seamless plate with large thermal expansion and contraction degree will bring a lot of trouble in the later period.
